How am I notified of new things added to the site?

We will email once a month with updates and make an announcement in the AFS Inner Circle Community.  You should’ve been added to the AFS Inner Circle email list. If you didn’t get an email asking permission to add you to our list please email us at support@sullivanjphotography.com  

What happens if I can’t make a live call?

No worries!  You can ask questions before the call by signing in to the community to add your question.  Janice and/or team will answer your question, you can watch the replay. We will also email you if you submitted your question HERE. 

What if I want to cancel my membership?

We’ll be sad, but we understand. All you have to do is go to the ‘my account’ tab on the left to cancel.

How often am I billed for my membership?

You will be charged annually or monthly, depending on your subscription choice.  If you joined the lifetime membership you only pay once and that’s it!

My Payment has failed, what should I do?

These things happen! Don’t worry though, your account will not be canceled until your payment fails 2 times.

If your subscription is canceled due to failed payments, you will need to sign up with a new subscription if you would like to regain access to the Membership.

What should I do if someone is a bully in the FB group/AFS Inner Circle Community?

Please email us asap at  afs@membership.sullivanjphotography.com.  We want you to have a great time with AFS’ers so we’ll stop inappropriate behavior as soon as you notify us!

Can I view the tutorials offline?

All of our content is online.  Just think…it’s not loading up your hard drive and it looks great on an iPad, phone, and computer.  🙂

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

You receive a 2 month discount for the year membership and if you purchase the Lifetime Membership you’ll never pay again for current and future information on this site.
