Our company
Sullivan J Photography is a Macro and Landscape photography company. We are a Mother/Daughter duo. We specialize in mentoring macro and landscape photographers. What sets us apart is that most mentors or teachers try to get people to find a niche and maximize in that industry but for us its about breaking the barriers of conformity and getting outside your comfort zone no matter what area photography you specialize in.
Membership
Your Sullivan J Photography membership will continue month-to-month | year-to-year | life-time until it is terminated. To use the service you must provide us with a current, valid and accepted method of payment. If payment is not completed in any given month you will cease to have access to the services. The membership fee for Sullivan J Photography will be charged on a monthly basis/yearly basis/lifetime basis depending on your registration in $USD, you authorize us to charge your next membership fee to your payment method unless you cancel your membership before your monthly billing date.
You are not entitled to download, copy, distribute or share any of the membership content or the content of Sullivan J Photography, unless otherwise instructed.
Entitlement to access the educational content, live calls, courses, members’ discounts and prizes is strictly limited to members only.
Changes to terms
From time to time, we may modify or update our Legal Notices. If we do modify or update our Legal Notices, your continued use of our Services after the effectiveness of the modification or update will be deemed to represent your agreement with, and consent to be bound by, the new Legal Notices
Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, the Promotion rules will apply.
Cancellations
Membership fee payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for any partially used periods unless you complete the 4-week course assignments and have sent all documentation to afs@membership.sullivanjphotography.com within 30 days after the course has been completed in membership. Once course assignments are sent to email provided, 100% refund will be sent to you within 48-72 hours. Following the cancellation of a membership, you will continue to have access to the service through to the end of your membership term. You are able to cancel your SJPmembership at any time. We will continue to bill your payment method until you cancel.
Authority to Remove User Content
We reserve the authority to edit or remove User Content submitted to our website for any reason, including User Content that we believe in our sole discretion, violates our Legal Notices.
Prohibited Conduct
You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through our website any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind that infringes the intellectual property rights or is otherwise injurious to third parties, including but not limited to any material or content that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
